Refund policy

Wound yarn, books, patterns, sale items, and kits are non-refundable. Yarn and notions being returned must be returned in original, unused condition (packaging intact) and within 30 days of purchase. We require that an email to Orders@WoolWinston.com to notify us that you are returning an order.

You must include your order number in the return box.
