Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 24 hours, excluding bank holidays. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us via Orders@WoolWinston.com within 6 hours. 

United States Shipping

Orders are shipped from Winston-Salem North Carolina in the USA via USPS and UPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Domestic shipping is free on orders over $50. No code needed. 

International Shipping

For orders out of the USA, we are not responsible for your customs duties, VAT, or local taxes. 

Canada: A $20 flat rate shipping fee and orders over $200 USD ship for free. 

Rest of the World: Shipping is calculated at checkout.
